Policies
Check
in is after 2 pm - Please notify us if you are planning to
arrive after 10pm.
Check
out is 11 am - Sorry no late check outs.
Deposit
- A deposit of the first nights stay per room is required at the
time of booking.
Cancellation
Policy -
 If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to
scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $15 service
charge. If less than 7 days notice to the scheduled arrival date, NO
REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
Payments -
Balance is due at check-in & is payable either by cash,
travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Personal checks are not accepted unless received at least 2 weeks
prior to
arrival NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
 Minimum
Stays - Minimum stays at peak times, weekends & holidays unless
otherwise available. There is a 3 night minimum on the suites during
most of the season.
Smoking:
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
These rates
apply to reservations booked directly thru the MARINER RESORT. They
do not apply to reservations made thru travel agents or online
travel sites.
