Units are based on 2 persons per room (4 in suites) add $15 per night for each additional person. No additional charge for children 10 & under maximum up to two free per family.

Cot & Crib Rental: Cots are available for $15 per night. Cribs are available at no charge. Both should be reserved ahead of time.

BOOK DIRECT AND SAVE - These rates apply to reservations booked directly thru the MARINER RESORT. They do not apply to reservations made thru travel agents or online travel sites.


Check In: After 2 pm - Please notify us if you are planning to arrive after 10pm.

Check Out: By 11 am - Sorry no late check outs.

Deposits: A deposit of the first nights stay per room is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $15 service charge (per room). If the reservation is cancelled or the dates are changed less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the customer is still responsible for those dates and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Payments: Balance is due at check-in & is payable either by cash, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Personal checks are not accepted unless received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

Minimum Stays: Minimum stays at peak times, weekends & holidays unless otherwise available. There is a 3 night minimum on the suites during most of the season.

Smoking: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas.
